Little Kulala

Namib desert retreat with a private gate to Sossusvlei.

About

Little Kulala at a glance

Little Kulala is a small, luxurious camp in the private Kulala Wilderness Reserve, which borders the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Its eleven suites each have a private plunge pool, an outdoor shower and a rooftop terrace with a skybed for sleeping under the stars.

The reserve has its own gate into the park, so you reach Sossusvlei and Deadvlei well ahead of the crowds from the public entrance, and the lodge runs entirely on solar power.

Conservation

Built to belong here

Little Kulala runs entirely on solar power, and its low, modern lines blend into the desert. The lodge is part of the Kulala Wilderness Reserve, former farmland that has been restored to its natural state, bringing wildlife and plant life back to the area.
